I watched a video on Fix my Hog where Bob LaRosa replaced the front mount on a 2005 Road King. All he did was loosen one bolt on the stabilizer link where it mounts to the frame, loosen the motor mount bolts and jack up the engine and took the old mount out. He had to pry up on the mount bracket to get the new mount in.
